Welcome to Osterley Weather.This is the home of a privately owned and operated weather station located in the idyllic surroundings of Osterley Park, West London. This weather station collects important weather variables every eight seconds and then sends that information to a small computer network which then processes the data and publishes it to the Internet. This process is fully automatic. What this basically means is that you can view current weather for the Osterley and Isleworth region with almost realtime accuracy at any time you want. Our primary mission is to provide accurate, up to the minute weather date together with a accurate weather forecast for the local area. The weather forecast is compiled internally by using local station data, aviation data, balloon soundings and the american GFS weather model. All this data is collated and processed by an atmospheric modeling system called WXSIM which results in a accurate but highly localised weather forecast.
